The next day we got to go horseback riding.(it had been a secret to Elyse and and until the night before) Last year we went horse riding also. We were going to Cherry Creek Lodge. And we were going to ride for about 4 hrs. When we got there we went inside the lodge because we all had to go to the bathroom. Cherry Creek Lodge is also a hotel. The cook there had just finished making cookies and was taking them out of the oven and offered us one. Naturally we said yes. (even though it was 7:30 in the morning!!!) Then we went out to the stables and were assigned our horses. My horse's name was Cowboy mom's was Trigger(that kinda freaked her out.) Elyse's was named Doc and Dad couldn't remember the name of his. Overall it was a lot of fun. After the ride we had lunch in the lodge. We had packed our own. Then Elyse and I went swimming the lake.
